Anne founded Environmental Equity International to create a platform for global thinking on the nexus of water, food and energy security, climate resilience, and environmental equity for people and planet. She brings:
Global experience in environmental stewardship, water resources engineering, international development, gender equity, and diplomacy to help design sustainable, ecological futures for people and planet.
Leadership wisdom drawn from deep listening, stakeholder inclusion, and client service, with a track record of collaboration through leading project-oriented engineering teams, emergency disaster-response teams, and large overseas development operations.
Technical expertise with a Ph.D. in environmental engineering and Professional Engineer license, including versatile, solution-oriented advisory competencies in environmental science and engineering.
Cross-cultural acumen through living, working, and community building in three global regions for over 12 years overseas, she brings multilingual skills in native English, fluent Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Polish.
Anne has served in the private sector as Principal Environmental Engineer, as Peace Corps Country Director and Foreign Service Officer with the State Department in multiple overseas government postings, and in non-profit organizations. She began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
